Blockfrost mapping of `"function": costNumber` is now deprecated since the function names are rarely used and need updating manually causing issues like #683 when we fail to do so in timely manner. PR changes the type to simply use list of numbers, which is exposed by Blockfrost as `cost_models_raw`. Other providers already provide only lists of numbers and were indexed to match Blockfrost format, keys are later stripped completely.
